Every child differs in how they learn and grow. Knowing this, our teachers adapt to meet the learning needs of students—drawing out their uniqueness and potential.
Teachers as Learners
Our teachers are aware of, and appreciate the individual ability and appetite for learning, of every child. While they impart education and life skills to their students they also learn from them at every step. Our teachers bring into play tested innovative methods that have been proven globally, to draw out each child’s hidden potential, yet are strongly guided by traditional Indian wisdom.

Teachers as Support System
A student-centered model accepts that students have different learning styles and absorb information at different levels. They are open and receptive to various styles of learning, whether in groups or individually.
Educators at SBV take on the role of a guide or facilitator for students’ learning experiences. They support, encourage, provide feedback, answer questions, ask questions, give suggestions, and pose challenges. Homework support videos will be sent to students to complete their
homeworks.
Parents as Teachers
Inspired Minds, Dedicated Individuals
About 10% of our parents become teachers. These talented peoples are identified and hired for their interpersonal skills and connectedness to the school’s philosophy and way of teaching. This is independent of their qualification and experience.
Teacher Trainings
Since teaching methods are evolving constantly, regular trainings, re-trainings and workshops are held with expert faculty to help teachers to hone their teaching skills and orient them to new teaching methodologies. These efforts bring out hidden qualities that are latent while also providing ample opportunity to learn from and absorb with trends that are at par with global standards of teaching.
Workshops are absolutely necessary in the changing socio-economic-political scenario as these have a direct impact on the education sector.
Students are changing and so is the psychology of the parents. Teachers must know the best techniques like how efficiently and effectively they can handle classroom, crisis management, resource or material management, lesson planning, curriculum development and use of technology in the classroom amongst others.
